- Requests should be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., intimates) may be non-returnable unless defective.
- Defective or incorrect items are prioritized for replacement or refund after review.
2) How to Request
To start a return or exchange:
- Contact us at admin@vanestranovacourt.life or +63 954 072 9821 within 7 days of delivery.
- Include order details, photos of the item (if defective/incorrect), and your preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
- Wait for our confirmation and instructions before sending anything back.
3) Return Shipping
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we will guide you on covered return options.
- If the return is for change-of-mind and eligible, return shipping may be at the customer’s expense.
4) Refunds and Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Processing time may vary by payment method; we will update you once initiated.
- If a replacement is chosen, we will confirm availability and delivery timing.
5) Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel before dispatch, contact us immediately. Once an item has shipped or been prepared for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 24 hours if no confirmation or payment is received.
6) Condition Review
Returned items are reviewed upon receipt. Items showing wear, damage, or missing components may be declined for refund or exchange, unless previously noted as defective in your request.
